Applicants are encouraged to arrive early to join a virtual waiting room between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. At 6 p.m., all individuals who are in the waiting room will be put in random order and assigned a number.

Applicants who receive a number between 1 and 1,000 will be redirected to our application portal and may begin filling out their application. The waiting room will remain open until the first 1,000 applicants have entered the application portal.

Applicants who receive a number greater than 1,000 may stay in the waiting room in the event an applicant drops out.

There is no guarantee that anyone with a place in line with a number greater than 1,000 will receive an incentive.
